In recognition of Art History Professor Joan Marter on the occasion of her retirement from Rutgers and in honor of her distinguished scholarship and contributions to the literature of the Twentieth Century and contemporary art history, her commitment to curatorial studies, her advocacy for artists and feminism, and her dedication to her students.
